Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday.

• All our items are handmade by order meaning processing an order takes 2-5 business days.
• US orders arrive within 12-20 business days or faster after it has been crafted, processed and shipped from our fulfillment center.
• International orders (outside of the US) can take 12-30 business days or faster depending on the country.
• If an order gets stuck, sent back or lost during the delivery process, we will ship you a new package free of charge!
• We are not responsible for international taxes, customs fees or duties. That is the sole responsibility of the customer!
• If you have not received your order after 4-5 weeks we suggest contacting our customer service immediately so we can start an investigation.

Why is my order being shipped in multiple packages?

Beware that in some cases we may split your order into multiple shipments in order to ship the products as fast as possible. If you are not sure if your order will come in multiple shipments please contact our customer service.
